Thank you for shopping with us! All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Once your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically 7 to 15 business days, depending on your destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays, especially during peak seasons.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@goodsbright.com with your name and order number.
